Do you have a minimum order?

Our minimum order is 20 cookies. We offer standard quantities of 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, or 1,000. If you need a different quantity, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

How long does it take to process my order?

Our standard turnaround is 4 business days. You can select your dispatch date using the calendar on the cart page or contact us to confirm.

How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?

Delivery is free on all orders. It typically takes 1–2 business days from dispatch. See our Shipping & Delivery page for more details.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

They stay at their best for 30 days, as shown by the best-before date on each individual bag.

What allergens are in the cookies?

Ingredients include wheat, gluten, milk, and egg. Allergen information is provided on each individual bag.
