Behind the Standards
An icing formulation with controlled moisture levels and water activity to:
- Ensure rapid ink setting on contact, limiting spread.
- Minimise ink migration over time for long-term image stability.
Calibrated ink application to maximise colour density while preventing surface oversaturation.
An alignment system for precise centring of the artwork on the cookie.
A specialised dough composition to maintain cookie shape with minimal spread while minimising changes in texture and flavour over time.
All processes are carried out in humidity-controlled conditions.
