Cancellations

Within 24 hours of ordering: A 10% administration fee applies.
After 24 hours and before production starts: A 50% fee applies to cover preparation costs and reserved production slots.
After production starts: Orders cannot be cancelled, as the cookies are custom-made.

Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements are provided if we make an error or the product is defective.
Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns are not accepted due to the custom nature of the cookies.
