Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
- Within 24 hours: a 10% administration fee applies.
- After 24 hours but before production starts: a 50% fee applies to cover preparation costs and reserved production slots.
- After production starts: orders cannot be cancelled, as all cookies are custom-made.

Refunds or replacements will be offered for errors on our end. Any claims need to be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
