Refund and Cancellation Policy

- Within 24 hours: A 10% administration fee applies.

- After 24 hours but before production starts: A 50% fee applies to cover preparation costs and reserved production slots.

- After production starts: Orders cannot be cancelled, as all cookies are custom-made.

Refunds or Replacements:

- Refunds or replacements will only be offered for errors on our part.

- Returns are not accepted due to the custom nature of our cookies.

- Any claims need to be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
