By using the Logo Cookies website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Orders and Pricing
- Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us.
- Prices include GST and are current at the time of order.
- Each order is prepared according to the options and information provided at the time of ordering.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your name and delivery address. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.
2. Payment
- Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
- We accept the payment methods listed on our website, processed securely via Shopify Payments.
3. Delivery
- Nationwide delivery is included in all orders.
- Your order is dispatched via NZ Post to the address provided.
- Estimated timeframes are available on our Shipping & Delivery page.
- Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is outside our control. We are not liable for delays or issues that occur in transit. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist if issues occur.
- You are responsible for providing a safe, secure, and shaded location for the courier to leave the package to protect the cookies from heat, weather, or interference.
4. Variations
Our cookies are handmade and digitally printed using edible inks. As a result, colours, brightness, contrast, and resolution may vary due to display differences and the nature of our production process.
5. Food Safety
- All products are manufactured in a registered facility (Registration No. TCC002398) operating under a National Programme 2 food control plan, in accordance with the New Zealand Food Act 2014.
- Allergen information is indicated on each cookie bag.
- Once delivered, you should handle, store, and consume the cookies according to our Cookie Care instructions.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations
- Within 24 hours of ordering: A 10% administration fee applies.
- After 24 hours and before production starts: A 50% fee applies to cover preparation costs and reserved production slots.
- After production starts: Orders cannot be cancelled, as the cookies are custom-made.
- Cancellations by us: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, including equipment failure or supply issues. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or, where possible, an alternative fulfilment arrangement.
Refunds and Replacements
- Errors and quality issues: Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If we make an error or the product is defective, we will offer a replacement or refund.
- Exclusions: Subjective preferences or the variations described in Section 4 are not considered defects and are not grounds for a refund.
- Timeframe: Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns: Due to the custom nature of the cookies, we do not accept returns.
- Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property and Provided Images
- All content on this website belongs to Logo Cookies and may not be used without our written permission.
- By providing an image, you confirm you have the right to use it. We accept no liability for verifying image ownership or permission.
- We reserve the right to decline images at our discretion.
- You are responsible for image suitability and accuracy. Check all details carefully before placing your order.
- You give us permission to reproduce your provided image and use photos of the finished cookies for marketing purposes. You may request otherwise at any time.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability for claims relating to our cookies is limited to the price you paid for the affected order.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of our website is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
