1. Orders

– Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.
– Each order is prepared according to the options and information provided at the time of ordering.
– You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your name, address, and contact details, and any uploaded image or design. We are not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect information.

2. Payment
– Payment is required at the time of ordering.
– We accept the payment methods listed on the website.

3. Delivery
– Orders are delivered directly to the address provided.
– Shipping and delivery information is available on our website.
– Courier delivery is outside our control, and we are not liable for delivery issues or delays. We will make reasonable efforts to assist if any issues occur.

4. Product and Website Information
– We always strive to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors or updates may occur without notice.
– The actual products you receive may vary slightly from what is shown or implied, due to differences in screen displays and the handmade nature of our cookies.

5. Food Safety
– Our products are produced in a clean and hygienic facility that complies with New Zealand food safety standards.
– All ingredients meet relevant New Zealand food safety requirements.
– Allergen information is clearly indicated on each cookie’s packaging.
– You should handle, store, and consume the products according to our Cookie Care instructions.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing an order will incur a 10% administration fee.
– Cancellations made after 24 hours but before production starts will incur a 50% fee to cover preparation costs and reserved production slots.
– Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or cancelled, and refunds are not available for cancellations, as all cookies are custom-made.
– Refunds or replacements will be offered for errors on our end. Any claims need to be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
– Variations described in Section 4 and any subjective preferences are not grounds for a refund.

7. Intellectual Property and Uploaded Content
– All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, belongs to Logo Cookies or our partners and may not be used or shared without our written permission.
– By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We are not responsible for verifying permission or ownership, or for any issues resulting from its use.
– You give us permission to print your uploaded logo or design on your cookies and to use photos of the printed cookies for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise.
– We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse any uploaded image we consider inappropriate.

8. Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to our products or services is limited to the price you paid for the affected order.

9. Privacy Policy
Your use of our website and services is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
